Facetime video not working after upgrade to Big Sur

I can not use video on Facetime after upgrade to Big Sur. I can see the person I called but they can't see me. ??? I fixed the photo booth issue by making a copy of the folder but FT still doesn't work

Update. I had to turn off vulnerabilities in Norton Virus protection for it to work. Please fix so I can use that feature of Norton
