Macbook Air 2017 shut down when battery below 25%

Hi! My MacBook air 2017 always shuts down when the battery below 25%. This happens after I updated Big Sur 11.2 macOS.

After it reboots and turns on, the fan is working very noisy. The date and time always set to Tuesday 31 December 2019. I notice that the battery drains faster than macOS Catalina.

Another thing is, it shows Important Battery Message that "The battery's capacity is significantly reduced" although my battery cycle is 431.

Is there any solution to my problem? Do I need to bring my MacBook to service provider?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Since it is acting as described and getting "The battery's capacity is significantly reduced" - it would be a good idea to make an appointment with local Apple Store or an Authorized Apple Service Centre. Batteries are consumable products and do have a life span regardless of the Full Battery Cycles it is showing.
