I think this has been discussed before, but can’t find the thread!
I am finding that I cannot import any photos using a Lightning Adapter ( with SD card) As there is no “import” selection showing as an option now???!!
can anyone tell me how I can do this please? (Simply!!🙄🙄🤣🤣)
I think someone said it was a “glitch “ in the Apple system - but not sure!!

Open the native Files App. When your SD Card reader is connected using an Apple Lightning to USB3 Camera Adapter - or an Apple SD Card Reader - you should see the SD Card listed in the Files App Sidebar. From here you can access the SD Card and files thereon.

Thanks, but I have been using an Apple Lightning adapter - single slot for SD card only ( not sure of model No.) without any problem in the past to transfer photos from SD card to my IPad mini 5 , but when I updated to IOS 14.1 , I found I could no longer do this directly any more ??!!

I seem to remember other posts about this problem with the later IOS - Is there anyway I can import directly from ALA as before please ?
