Podcasts not showing on multiple iPads

Hello. I have an the following devices:

• iPhone 12 Pro with latest iOS
• MacBook 2019 with MacOS 10.15.17
• iPad Air with iPadOS 12.4.7
• iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.3

I listen to podcasts through the Apple Podcasts app mainly on my iPhone but want to start listening on the new iPad Pro. They sync fine between my MacBook and iPhone apps, but neither of the iPads show any subscribed podcasts or anything at all in my library. I am signed into all devices with the same Apple ID and have double checked to ensure that "sync" is turned on for both of the iPads.

Any ideas? Thanks!
