iPhone cannot sync
Each time I plug in my iPhone a pop up says The File Cannot be Found. And it does not sync.

Sounds like you connect it prior and it is "looking" for a file.
Restart the iPhone and try again.

What are you trying to connect it to?
Sorry. it's an iMac 2019 with MacOS BigSur 11.2
