I want to share Keychain data with iPhone with different Apple ID

Many people have asked how to do this, and the answer is usually that you can't. However, I see that one user asked a question with this title "Keychain shared with family despite different accounts" and said that "my family and I are signed into our own Apple IDs on our own devices, but all of our keychain passwords are shared with each other. For example, if they visit a website that I have an account for, my password will be suggested by auto-fill."

This user wanted to stop doing this. I want to start. If they are doing it, how can I make it happen for my wife and I on our shared iMac and our two separate iPhones?

Hello WyMRoberts,

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're wanting to share iCloud Keychain items with your wife, while using different Apple IDs. The security of iCloud Keychain prevents this from happening across Apple IDs, even with Family Sharing. More details about iCloud Keychain can be found in the following guide, just in case: Make your passwords available on all your devices with iPhone and iCloud Keychain

Thanks again, and take care.
