If transferring file disconnected how to do?

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max, now I trying to transfer my old iPhone file to new iPhone , half way new iPhone automatically update iso to 14.4 and restart the phone. Now the new phone keep reconnecting.... I don’t know what to do.

Please try a wired connection for Quick Transfer. --> Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod ...
