MacBook Pro 13" (2019) Touch Bar Gone after updating to Big Sur 11.2

My MacBook Pro 13" (2019) Touch Bar stopped working after updating to Big Sur 11.2. All the Touch Bar settings have disappeared as well. All the touch bar related processes have been removed from the Activity Monitor as well. I have tried everything by resetting NVRAM and SMC, using safe-mode, created new user, and have also tried reinstalling the MacOS. No Luck!

My MacBook never had a fault and is good as brand new.

I cannot claim the warranty as well because this problem occurred on 7th February 2021, and my MacBook 1-Year Warranty expired on 5th February 2021.

So far this looks like a software issue to me. I request Apple Support to look into my problem as soon as possible because I have a lot of work load ahead of me.

Thank you.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

Verify you are choosing the appropriate methodology for your exact Mac—

Try again— both

If this is a Intel Mac (does not apply to M1 SoC)

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295 Mac

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

Call Customer Support (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753) Sometimes they will make an exception in store for an issue so close to the warranty expiration.

or on line https://getsupport.apple.com/

or call AppleCare Support at 1-800-APLCARE (800-275-2273)

I have tried resetting SMC/NVRAM several times to check and the issue is still the same. I have attached the screenshot of my System Preferences > Keyboard that shows there is no option for Touch Bar settings any more after the update.

I am trying to contact Apple from calling but I cannot reach them well because currently I am not in the United States, therefore I cannot even go to the store. I called the Apple Authorized Service Center near me and they told me they cannot help because the warranty has expired, and I will have to pay for whatever the checking etc charges are.
