Hi,

it depends what you mean by how you remove that. Google Ad services is just a analytics and tracking tool developers and website engineers use to track user movement. You cant remove it from apps its built in but there are privacy and anti-tracking currently and soon to be in IOS To help you manage this.

If you mean clear its cookies or to prevent it when using safari you can check the setting in settings - safari - advanced - website data and type in the url to clear it, apart from that there isn't much you can do.

A Good app is jumbo you can use it to block trackers like google ad services.
