I recently have bought an iPhone 12 Pro and my battery life seemed off. Checking the battery settings I see that during the night the battery is 100% occupied with "No Mobile Coverage" whilst on wifi and not charging. This has taken 44% of my battery charge since last charge. Anybody else with this problem and how to fix it?

I guess the question was not clear. The "No Mobile Coverage" process is using an excessive amount of battery for no apparent reason. Has nothing to do with charging or not. With my previous iPhone, the 11 Pro, there was no such process and battery drain.
