problems with phone

Hello

I am having problems with handset

The phone isnt charging properly. Id like to arrange to send away to get fixed..

I bought 2 year insurance cover with the handset can you check that I am covered

iPhone SE, iOS 14

If cleaning the charging port (an excellent suggestion) doesn't work, you can contact Apple here:
