Bad Message 400 Illegal character CNTL=0x11
Under Account Settings > Manage Payments been getting this error message all morning:
Bad Message 400
reason: Illegal character CNTL=0x11
I see a bunch of posts with similar instances of the same error message and NO resolution or cohesive responses as to what this issue is?
Anyone else get any constructive feedback as to what the problem is and how to troubleshoot?
