I am on my partner account but he has not paid the bill and they have blocked me is there anyway that I can get my phone number unblock and start my own new phone account

Call the phone company. Apple doesn't have anything to do with the phone service.

Iphone 11 Pro blocked account, un-accesable number Hello! My cousin has a iPhone 11 pro and he hasn't used the phone in awhile, when he did use it he couldn't do anything because his account is locked and he needs his phone number (that no longer works) to unlock his account. I have tried to remove the phone number but then it asks for me to unblock the account witch requires the number (again, it doesn't work). Also tried to erase all the data but that also needs the account to be un blocked witch needs the non-working number. What can I do?
