Spotify stops playing when I open whatsapp

Hey!

I’ve been having problems with the Spotify app. When I am listening to a song and open WhatsApp the song automatically stops.

i have already restart mi iphone several times but the problem continues.

help

Ask the app developers for help. Neither are Apple products.
