Only see half of the top menu bar

I have a new mac mini, OS 11.2.1, I just did the latest upgrade and I have lost half of my top menu bar. I connect to a TV as my monitor. How can i get the full menu bar back. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Some TVs overscan. Look for a picture size setting on the TV, such as 100%, Pixel-to-Pixel, Full Size ...

If you can't fix it on the TV, look for Underscan in Displays system preference on the Mac.
