I did not request apple recovery request and I don't have an e-mail confirmation with a link to cancel request.

I recieved the following, but have no link to cancel request.

The "cancel account recovery" appears as an active link to me in what you posted (which for security reasons I will request be removed).

Edit: I see the link has been altered by a community host to no longer include the personalized information, but you should still have the correct full link in your email.
