Lately I noticed that some apps are crashing and also even if I want to delete some of them I can't and I thought that powering off my iPhone can solve this but it won't turn off ( power button and volume up button). Also my lock screen has a blurry look, it is like good morning screen but there is nothing on it. It would be really nice if somene help me.
Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Thank you so much for you reply! Actually I solved my problem by settings> general> shut down and opened it by power button, but still thank you for your reply.
