Hi. After updating this weekend, my emails have disappeared on my iPhone and iPad. I have restarted and rebooted the phone and they are still missing. It also reset my email settings to keep emails for 1 week when I had it set to never. can I go back to before the update last week?
Are there any solutions I can try to recover these emails? I did not backup my phone up on iCloud or iTunes for quite awhile. Thank you.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that your emails are missing from your iPhone. Your options will depend on the type of account you're using. Is the email provider iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.? Do you know if you're using an IMAP or POP account? If you log into your email account through the providers website, are you able to view the missing emails? Lastly, have you checked to see if the emails are shown in the Trash folder?
Please know if the emails aren't shown on the email providers website and are not located in your Trash folder then there likely isn't a way to recover them.
