Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, Safari and the Google apps are not working as expected on your iPhone. If that's correct, restart your iPhone to see if that helps. Restarting can resolve many odd issues: Restart your iPhone


If instead you're not able to access the internet with Safari and the Google app, and are using cell data only, make sure Safari has access. Here's how: View or change cellular settings on iPhone


If that doesn't help, let us know more details:


  • What's happening exactly with Safari and the Google app?
  • Does an alert appear, and if so, what does it say?


The more details you can provide the better.
