after installing big sur 11.2. the camera isn't working in facetime.
The recipient can't see me, the camera green light indicator is working and I can switch it on and off when using the camera switch in facetime.
Skype is ok.
I tried the camera restriction and the SMC reset without success.
Anyone with any other suggestion?
Unfortunately I have to report that the Norton 360 8.6.2 update didn't solve the FaceTime Norton conflict as promised. Both Apple and Norton have now released updates post Big Sur 11.2 and neither has fixed this problem so presumably not a priority for either.
I’ll add myself to the thread. Confirmed the same problem on at least two of three MacBook pros at home running Big Sur 11.2.3. All on the same network.
iPhones and iPads work just fine w FaceTime but the MBPs won’t show the camera feed.

So, finally tried the ethernet adapter to take out the WiFi part and the wired connections has the same result, so it seems not to be related to the WiFi part

Thanks stanfuger disabling my Norton 360 does work for me. I think you're right at least for us its a conflict between Big Sur & Norton.
