My son accidentally made purchases, now disabled in App Store.

My son was able to make some purchases in a game by knowing the passcode, I was refunded the purchases by my credit card company, but now it says his apple is has been disabled in the App and iTunes Store. Can I get this fixed through calling apple support because it doesn’t give me any link or information other than it’s disabled.

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

"Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."

In the future always go through Apple first for refunds, as blocking the charges from your Credit card company side means your Apple account is left with pending charges that cannot be completed and as such is disabled until said charges can be correctly completed.

Use the "contact Apple Support" link in Ferd II's response above to resolve the situation with Apple.
