New Bigsur update on M1 Macbook air drag and drop getting stuck

Hello. Is anyone facing the same problem I am having on new Big Sur M1 update. On my desktop, when I try to drag something into the Trash (or anywhere for a matter), the application/file icon gets stuck while dragging and it does not drag smoothly. When I place something in the trash can, it takes a couple of seconds to get in the Trash. plz help. thanks.

Safari Tabs Acting Strangely--Duplicating and Glitching When Moved I have a 2017 MacBook Air. I have a video linked below, but I'll also explain the problem. Basically, when I try to drag a tab away to either an existing window or to an empty space to create a new window, the tab will duplicate, it will be in both windows, and one of the tabs will be greyed out. Whichever window I am clicked into will look normal, but the one not clicked into will be greyed out. If I try to delete the original tab that was dragged (this doesn't happen when I delete the "new" tab/window), it will delete that tab, but the "child" tab will behave strangely. It won't close, exactly, but it seems like it just crashes, all I can see is the search bar and my bookmarks bar. So by deleting just the original tab, it actually essentially deletes both. Once, when I tried to delete the tab (I can't remember if it was the original tab or the child tab), it ended up duplicating the tab instead, but not once, like 10x. Safari instantly closes tabs opened with cmd+shift+t in tabs group Hi, suddenly Safari started to immediately close tabs I reopened using cmd+shift+t in my tabs groups on my MacBook Air. It still works fine in the main tab group on Safari (the one that cannot be deleted and is always there). I created two tabs groups that are synced between my laptop and iPhone. When I use cmd+shift+t in any of these groups, the recently closed tabs reopens for a second and then disappears instantly without any option to reopen it. Using Cmd+shift+t again reopens the tab closed before, but this new one disappears immediately as well... Any suggestions how to solve this issue?
