Switching from Google Pixel (og) to iphone 12 pro

I am trying to figure what to use for a charger. I understand the iphone comes with a charging cable (usb-c to lightning). My google pixel charging block is usb-c, and I believe it is 18W. Would this be fine to use? My only concern is the long term impact on the battery life/health. I started using my macbook air charging cable and block (usb-c) to charge my pixel, and I feel like it really hurt the battery capacity of it over time (although I have no way of knowing for sure). I can shell out $20 for the apple block, but I feel like it is the same as my current google one. Any thoughts?

You can use the one from your Pixel, you can use the MacBook one -- see below from Charge your iPhone with an iPad or Mac notebook power adapter - Apple Support

You can use Apple USB power adapters for iPad and Mac notebooks to charge iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, AirPods, and other Apple products.

or you can buy https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MHJA3AM/A/20w-usb-c-power-adapter?
