I WANT TO USE MY OLD APPLE ID BUT IT IS STILL SHOWING A MESSAGR THAT I CANNOT USE MY ID BECUASE IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. how to resolve this

You cannot re-use an email address that has recently been used within the Apple environment.
