My Airpods Max will not reset or restart, the light always stays green at the bottom no matter how long I hold both buttons down. This is not an exaggeration, but I've factory reset these headphones over 100 times, they are beyond flawed.

I've had so many issues with these headphones. I have to reset/restart them at least 5 times a day and sometimes 5 in a row before, for whatever reason, they actually connect. Now they're not even resetting, holding both buttons shows a green light which will occasionally flash off and on while still holding, but the light never goes amber and then after, white, which is how I'd know to press connect on my phone. Now I'm left with these headphones that aren't even in my iphones devices because I was factory resetting them for the dozenth time today and they just never would reset. They also will drop connection out of nowhere for no reason.

Thanks for the reply. I actually put in a request 2 days ago and I'm getting a replacement pair and shipping these broken ones back.

They've actually now gotten to the point where they do not respond to any button presses for any length of time, 5, 15, 30 seconds. Nothing. The status light will only flash white upon removal from the carrying case (or holding magnets to the where the cases magnets lay on the cups when they're in the case) as if it was in pairing mode, but I looked on 3 separate Bluetooth devices and nothing showed up when try to discover devices fort pairing. After about 10-15 seconds of flashing they go dark and nothing will make the status light do anything unless you charge them or at them in carrying case for at least 5-10 minutes and remove them, in which case they do what I just previously described.

Anyways, I hope they're shipping me the replacement pair very soon because for three price they are, there really shouldn't be any reliability or usage errors, it should be tip top and gone through crazy QA and QC. So anyways, they're still immediately immaculate in everything they do when it is capable
