iPad split view configuration save

Hello,

Is it there some way to save the configuration of split view?

I mean: I open an app, then in split view Safari. Is it there some way (native, or via another app or whatever else) to save this configuration, so next time I do not need again to open the app, then open safari, move it and so on, but just activate something which will automatically will open both them as I configured?
