Can't Erase Macintosh HD on MBP in Disk Utility to sell.

Trying to sell my MBP. I can't "erase" the Macintosh HD because it doesn't give me the option (grayed out). I have run "First Aid" on all the volumes and it's still grayed out. I don't want to brick my 15" MBP. Help!

You need to start from Recovery Mode. You cannot erase the drive while booted from it.
