Ipad connection to HP 25F monitor
I have connected the monitor to the Ipad with the lighting connector but the monitor will not make connection. Im using HDMI for the connection. can anyone come up with and answer or 2.

One thing to try...
Connect your TV/monitor and Power Adapter to the HDMI adapter first - before connecting the HDMI Adapter to the iPad. Connection of the HDMI Adapter to the iPad should always be last.
Rationale: The iPad attempts the HDCP handshake as soon as the HDMI adapter is connected to the iPad. If the TV is not already connected, the HDCP handshake will fail.
That didnt work. This monitor is a standalone not connected to another compiter. I have the HDMI connected to Hdmi 2 I will try HDMI 1 and go into the monitor control and select #1 and try also. I tried with an apple TV older gen to mirror but there is a lag.
