I blocked a facetime caller but am still getting calls

We understand that you're still receiving calls in FaceTime from someone you blocked. We want to make sure you don't receive unwanted calls, and we'd like to help.

If you did use the steps above but you're still receiving calls, we'd like narrow this issue down further. To help do that, would you mind confirming which device and software version you're using? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Do you have any available carrier updates on your device? Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
