iPhone 12 Pro Max memory graphics problem

Hi guys, I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and in addition to the annoying problem of the flashing logo at startup, I discovered this other problem, the memory occupied graph on my iPhone is all gray and also there is no legend below. I have done multiple restores from itunes and configured my iPhone as a new device but the problem always recurs. Solutions ??

my iphone is shutdown because it full memory my Iphone it can't open it and also, it shutdown so I restart my Iphone again but it not doesn't work well. And before that the Iphone will turn off it sent message about memory. So, i don't know it's related or not. So, what can i do?
