Deleting installer

My MacBook Air will not download new apps because it is not updated. Can I delete Installers for macOS high Sierra and Mojave if my current version is macOS Sierra??? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

You need to run the one for the OS you'd like to upgrade to; it'll normally delete itself afterwards, and you can manually delete the other. If one of them says it's damaged, throw it away and run the other or download a new one.
