I have set a viewing limit on my son’s Tiktok account...he’s worked out he can uninstall and reinstall the app and that viewing limit goes. How can I stop him reinstalling the app?
I have an ask to buy limit on his iPad but it doesn’t ask me when he reinstalls apps.
I don’t want to completely ban him from the App Store, that’s the only solution I’m finding.

You could consider restricting either the ability to install or delete Apps - or perhaps both.
Here are the relevant ScreenTime restrictions:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps
Either property can be set to Allow or Don’t Allow; the latter will inhibit this action.
It follows that you must set a ScreenTime Passcode that is known only to you - and not your son.
