I am reviewing my bank statements and I have LOTS of charges over the past several months and I don't see these charges listed under my apple id purchases. I need an explanations regarding these charges and how I can begin to be refunded, this is lots of money I am being charged each month. I reached out to my bank already and they said I should reach out to Apple first.

I spoke to a lady over messaging and I was supposed to be receiving a call from google. I am still being charged LOTS of money to my card from Apple and I’m not purchasing whatever is being charged. Please help me get this resolved ASAP!
