Iphone 7
My iphone wont let me hear the person calling me, neither can i hear the person when i call them. I tried using my headphones but wont work either. Tried putting on speaker but wont allow me.
please help !

You have a loose Audio IC on the logic board. If you go through Apple to get an out-of-warranty service replacement unit it will cost you $319 USD, you would be better off buying a new 2nd Generation (2020) iPhone SE for $399. You can also look for a 3rd party repair shop that can do microlevel soldering and see how much they will charge you to re-ball the four contact points that need attention. If you go this route Apple may refuse to service that phone in the future.
