Connect to itunes, press and hold the power button and the home button until it shoes in itunes then follow steps to update and restore.

Connect the iPad to a computer and open iTunes. On a modern Mac use the Finder.
Take it to have it examined. Any Apple repair location or a Best Buy store.

I opened the iTunes but they asking me to buy a new iPad, and that’s not what I need
Nope. I think the message says you need a replacement iPad because yours can't be repaired.
