As mentioned in my previous note, I've tried all their tips and tricks from their site (https://support.bitmoji.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001493926-iOS-Bitmoji-Keyboard-Issues). I also have tried contacting their support team (https://support.bitmoji.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) but never received a response. It also states on that page: Please note: We may not be able to get back to you individually, but we appreciate that you took the time to contact us.
Which, I guess, is their "out" for never having to respond to anyone. Super frustrating.
They have no phone number that I'm aware of. I only posted on Apple Communities because I have exhausted all Bitmoji avenues and I'm curious if anyone on here has had a similar issue and was able to resolve it.
