I bought a new IMac in November 2020. I was promised a one year subscription to AppleTV. I tried to access AppleTV on my TV but it kept telling me that I had to pay $4.99 a month for it. Plus it said it was for Apple+TV. I did not want the + just the AppleTV. If you look over my account you will see that I never had a chance to even use your AppleTV.
