Gray Arrow icon

How do I get rid of a gray arrow icon that when you tap it it will repeat to you what is on the screen in different speeds of reading. I don’t know how it got there. I can move it around the screen but it will not go away. I have already done but I can’t page and it does not come up as one that can be deleted
