Apple Music keeps showing "loading"
my apple music keeps showing loading and I can only play music that's in my library. I've closed the app, switched off my phone and done everything i know, but its still not working

Welcome, and thanks for that information and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to load Apple Music features in the Music app on your iPhone, but the personal library works fine.
Those were good steps you tried, but when you restarted your iPhone, did you follow the steps found in Restart your iPhone? If not, let’s restart once more. Those steps will help clear cached data and perform other system optimizations. Before restarting, be sure to close the Music app following Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
