Don’t remember my old username and password.

How can I pair my new iPhone to my old Apple Watch?

i recently lost my phone but my Watch is still paired to it. I don’t really remember my old username or password because I never memorized it so I had to create new ones. And every time I try to pair it it asks me to remove my previous iPhone log in and unpair it but I can’t.
