Color on IPad screen got distorted out of nowhere

I have an IPad Air 2. I was reading something online and suddenly the color on my screen looks funny . All the images are distorted but if you read something without any pictures, it almost looks normal. I didn’t drop it . In fact, my IPad is always on a case and I never dropped it . Below is the step I had already taken but nothing worked

1- I tried a soft reset (holding the home button and the power button)

2- I adjusted the display option to see if anything had changed

3- I did a factory reset

4- I turned it off completely for one day to give it a rest

none of the above options helped . Can you please assist ?
