The process to copy over from an old iPhone is appalling. Quick Setup doesn't work as it prompts to update the system software and then hangs for hours. It'll cancel the whole process once that's done after another hour or so of trying as needs to have both phones charging - who knew? apart from i had to google it to find the answers. It's still not working and have given up. All this on an excruciatingly expensive phone. Not good enough
