The Case of the Missing Space

Hello Apple Community,

I'm trying to install Bootcamp on my Macbook Pro and there’s a discrepancy between the space available in “about this Mac” and the amount boot camp says is available. I’ve already restarted the computer twice to try and clear up any "miscommunication" between the two but to no avail. I can’t even find another place on my computer that matches that 199GB with 29GB free that Bootcamp is telling me. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Ideas for the next steps forward?
