Can't remove an Audio Device

I'm having trouble removing an audio device from my MacBook. I've uninstalled all of the files relating to the program. The minus is greyed out from the Audio Midi Setup and I have no HAL folder in Library/Audio/Plug-Ins. It's impossible for me to remove this device.

How to remove LeawoVADevice virtual sound input device I installed Leawo Music Recorder for Mac and subsequently deleted it. However, in Sound, Input, I am still left with a LeawoVADevice virtual sound input device. How can I delete it? I have tried CleanMyMac X, which found it, and claimed to have deleted it, but after rebooting the machine, it is still there. My iMac is running 11.7.1 MacOS Big Sur. Thanks in advance.

I can't remove Movavi Sound Grabber I can't delete this program under my sound output/input setting in system preferences, I delete Movavi some time ago and this is still there. I have also tried the "official" uninstaller - no success. This tip from previous topic also doesn't work: Finder, Go to Folder /Library, Search "Movavi", Delete "Movavi Sound Grabber.kext" - there is no files connected to "Movavi". Any AppCleaner apps doesn't find "movavi" also. Please help.

First make sure Bluetooth is off and use a wired keyboard and mouse and see if it is able to be removed with Bluetooth off.

If it isn't follow these steps:

Use Etrecheck to see where components are stored.

Backup your system as a clone to two separate places with http://www.bombich.com/ Carbon Copy Cloner to prevent deleting important things.

Use Devon Technologies EasyFind to remove those items

https://www.devontechnologies.com/apps/freeware

while in safe mode (using the shift key to boot).
