Any ideas on how to get Screen Sharing.app to start logging, and where those logs would go?

I would like to find the log files for "Screen Sharing.app" in Big Sur.

I want to be able to consult the log for project time tracking.

Activity Monitor>Open files and Ports says that Screen Sharing.app opens /Library/Preferences/Logging/.plist-cache.REaaEVJF.txt, but that file does not exist. There are no dot files in /Library/Preferences/Logging/ on my system.

Any ideas on how to get Screen Sharing.app to start logging, and where those logs would go?

Thanks,

steakfrite
