My screen is stuck on a airdrop cancel notifications, it won’t go away, I can’t do anything because the notification overpowers everything. and I can’t hold the power button to turn off or reset because it’ll launch the emergency sos, I have a iPhone XS Max. Anyone know a way to resolve this problem

We recommend a force restart of your iPhone. Completing a forced restart will not activate the emergency SOS feature. To activate this feature you need to press and hold the side button and one of the Volume buttons until the Emergency SOS slider appears.
To complete a forced restart of your iPhone you'll want to "Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button."
