My WIFI signal bars are full but I’ve got no connection

I got a 12 Pro Max and I keep losing connection even if the wifi signal bars are full, I restarted my network settings, I restarted my phone, I did everything I found on the internet but the problem keeps happening. I have to turn off and on the wifi in my phone every time I lose connection. How can I resolve this? It’s a new phone from a premium reseller in my country and it’s disappointing that this happens with a top phone.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Question: Does this happen with ALL Wi-Fi Networks or does it only happen with one specific Wi-Fi Network?

If this happens on ALL Wi-Fi Networks then have your iPhone examined at a Authorized Service Center and use that 1YR Apple Limited Warranty to get it corrected.

If this only happen on one specific Wi-Fi Network then begin by rebooting that Router and your iPhone. If that does not solve the issue then, on the iPhone, open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Tap on the "i" next to your Wi-Fi connection and turn OFF Private Address.

See whether that resolves the issue.

Yes it is possible that a setting or two were imported over from previous backup files that do not fit well with the Wi-Fi settings. The only way to find out is to setup the iPhone as NEW and download and install everything manually without using the backup files. You can then NOT restore from iCloud backup however you can synch your Text Messages, Photos, Contacts, Notes etc by turning those switches ON under iCloud after signing with the same Apple ID on a "restored as NEW" iPhone.

If you need help with the above recommendation then you can get it validated and completed at the Service Center.

Hi Axel, thanks for your prompt reply. I went to the store and they changed my phone TWICE; brand new phones. They told me this has happened to other customers, that’s why they gave me a new iPhone without hesitation. However, it’s weird that it happened the same with the third brand new phone, they told me that if it happened again, maybe it’s a problem with my iCloud backup file, should that be possible?
