Wireless charging

i purchased a wireless charging station for my I phone 11, ear buds and i watch last year. Recently, I upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The charging station was working well until the phone portion stopped working. The watch charger and ear bud charger still work well, just not the phone. Has anyone else has this happen and what can I do?
