How do i see the last seen location on icloud?

As per the article Locate a device in Find My on Mac - Apple Support

See the location of a device

1. In the Find My app on your Mac, click Devices.
2. In the Devices list, select the device you want to locate.

• • If the device can be located: It appears on the map so you can see where it is.
  • If the device can’t be located: Below the device’s name, “No location found” appears. If you want to be notified when the location is available, click the Info button on the map, then select Notify When Found. You receive a notification once it’s located.

Once location is found , save the last location on map Save a location in Maps on Mac - Apple Support

Note : the Mac can change its location , as if the person who now possess the Mac can move to different location along with Mac .
