I tried opening the Users folder in this app and my computer quickly began to overheat, the app became unresponsive. Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus —typically these add nothing but issues to the macOS, CleanMyMac is one of the worst.

Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:
